What is a Composite Photographer?

A Composite Photographer blends multiple images into a single, seamless final picture. The art lies in making the result look completely believable.

All the models in the samples have been added and blended into the backgrounds.

 

Do you take family group photos, weddings, engagement parties etc?

Please note that I do not offer wedding or event photography.  I'm delighted to offer lifestyle photography sessions for couples, families (up to 6 people), maternity, and newborns. See pricing page for all details.​

 

When are you available?

​

On weekends mostly but can discuss other options.

 

How do I get my images and how long does it take?

For the Composite image, I’ll email you a high-resolution JPEG of your image, and the final artwork will be ready in approximately four weeks.
If you’d like it printed, I can organise that for you at no extra charge — you’ll just need to cover the printing and delivery costs.

For all other sessions I will email you high-resolution JPEG images for you to download.

 

​​Where will the session be held?

I know some great locations, and we’ll photograph your child in a local park.

 

How long will the session be?

​

Between one and two hours.  

 

What should my child/children wear?

​

Dress to suit the image. For instance, for the image “Fairy in the Garden” you could dress your daughter in a fairy costume.  If it’s for Halloween, dress them appropriately, as Wednesday, witch or wizard, ghost etc.

For lifestyle sessions, I recommend dressing all family members in similar tones. Earth tones-white, cream, beige, green. Soft, neutral, or coordinated colours work beautifully. Avoid bright or bold shades, as they can distract and may date the photo over time. Avoid jeans.  Choose cotton, linen.
